Insurance claims can be dropped off immediately at our shop at any time.  Please lock your vehicle and drop your keys into the door slot.

• VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) – 17-digit ID with numbers and letters located on the lower right corner of your windshield or on your drivers door jamb
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• Name of insurance company handling the claim
• Claim Number
• Claim Adjuster’s Name and Phone Number
