INFORMATION NEEDED

• Your Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Email
• VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) – 17-digit ID with numbers and letters located on the lower right corner of your windshield or on your drivers door jamb
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• If the vehicle is staying the same color and you just want graphics, or if you want a color change with the door jambs to be painted
• Description of the graphics you would like to get done (e.g., traditional flames; ghost flames; two tone with black on top and silver on the bottom and a graphic to break up the center)

PHOTOS

• Photos of the vehicle to be painted (all 4 sides preferably)
• Any photos or links to vehicles with the desired look (this will help me gauge the style you are going for)
